How can I export my team’s logs?
Do you wish to export your team’s time entries of your team?
You may want to manually analyze them or to provide an export to your customers, a partner or your manager.
We’ve got it covered!
🔐 You must have manager role to do exports.
To do an export:
- Click on the export button exporter,
- Choose the time period and the export file format,
- Choose if you want to id your teammates with their name, or their email,
- Click on “Exporter”.
What will I find in my exports?
Important: Gryzzly has two types of exports available:
The projects export
Available from the project’s overview, Projets , the project export aggregates all times logged by your team by project over a selected time period. It is therefore the export based on projects.
When you click on the export button, you can choose which time period you want to export.
The team export
Available from the team page, Équipe , the team export contains two tabs:
- A first one based on people, which displays the amount of time spent by project and by activity over a period of time.
- A second one based on logs, which gathers all the time entries in chronological order, in a structured list.
When you click on the export button, you can choose which time period you want to export.
